If something has been opened, they won't return it (the other big box stores will). After arguing with them, finally a manager gave me in-store credit, but still no refund, as it was "used". WebAs usual, Canadian Tire excels at poor customer service. I'm amazed that this company continues to do well year after year when it is impossible to get decent service in a Canadian Tire store. They hire young, inexperienced staff, barely train them, and set them loose on the floor. They are as lost as the customers.
