WebThe Health Legislation Amendment (Quality and Safety) Act 2024 introduces new reforms and amends the Health Services Act 1988, the Ambulance Services Act 1986, the Mental Health Act 2014, the Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008, and the Health Complaints Act 2016. The following provisions will come into effect on 30 November 2024.
