WebFCO's installer is broken, it installed the patch for the Russell mod even though you had it unchecked. This patch then causes the game to crash on launch because you don't have the companion mod it relies on. Though I wouldn't recommend using FCO in the first place, it's got a ton of bugs and overall doesn't look very good.
