WebSaad came out and showed us how to do it and did it better than the hospital had. In fact, their methods show years of experience beyond what the regular instructions said. Each nurse and PT/OT therapist that visited were incredibly nice and caring. My brother who had previously avoided health care was now looking forward to the visits.
